Pediatric Respirology

Andrew Zikic

MD, MSc, FRCPC

Dr. Andrew Zikic completed his medical training at the University of Toronto, followed by a Pediatrics residency and Respirology Fellowship at The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids).

He is passionate about providing comprehensive respiratory care for children with a wide range of conditions, including mild to severe asthma, chronic cough, shortness of breath, recurrent respiratory infections, and sleep-disordered breathing. Dr. Zikic has a special interest in managing exercise-related breathing difficulties in children and adolescents, including shortness of breath in both recreational and high-level athletes.

Dr. Zikic currently holds staff appointments at The Hospital for Sick Children and Michael Garron Hospital.

Outside of his clinical work, he is a proud father who enjoys traveling with his family, cooking, and staying active.
