Stephanie Frangos
MD, MScPH, FAAP
Dr. Frangos studied medicine at the University of California, Irvine School of Medicine in Orange County, California. She completed her pediatrics training at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and is a board certified pediatrician by the American Board of Pediatrics. Before relocating to Toronto, she worked as a primary care pediatrician in Southern California where she cared for patients from birth to 18 years of age and saw newborns in the hospital.
Dr. Frangos sees children of all ages for well child care, sick visits and consultations, including in her general pediatric skin clinic. She is passionate about serving all her patients’ and their families’ needs across the breadth of pediatrics.
Before studying medicine, Dr. Frangos received her undergraduate degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown University in Washington, DC. She is fluent in Spanish and conducted public health research in the Dominican Republic. She completed her Masters degree in Public Health at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine in the United Kingdom. She enjoys teaching, especially in the realm of patient education and communication.
