All of Rachel Barouch’s clinical services are currently supervised by Cristina Magrina, M.A., C.Psych.Assoc.

Rachel is a Psychometrist and Clinical Associate at Kindercare Psychology. She is a professional member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. She has experience working with children and adolescents in both clinical and school settings.

Rachel has extensive experience conducting psychoeducational assessments within a clinical team that measure cognitive, academic, adaptive, behavioral and social emotional skills of children and youth. Her therapy approach incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused brief therapy and mindfulness techniques. She has experience working with children and teenagers that struggle with their self-esteem, self-regulation, social skills, and school achievement. She is passionate about educating parents in building healthier relationships with their children and learning more sensitive and responsive approaches to deal with everyday problems.
