Chris has a degree in Risk Management from Glasgow Caledonian University, Scotland. Prior to joining Kindercare Pediatrics, he worked in London, UK, as an Assistant Vice President for Marsh Risk Consulting and also in Papua New Guinea, Nigeria and Ethiopia as a Logistician and a Project Manager for Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF, Doctors without Borders). At MSF Chris managed various hospitals and health centres in some of the worlds most challenging contexts. Chris is currently on the board of Directors for MSF Canada and is a Fellow of the Institute of Risk Management.

Dr. Flanders is the owner and executive director of Kindercare Pediatrics and also co-owner and co-director of kidEcare. He has special interest in primary care, nutrition, obesity, and feeding/eating disorders.
Dr. Flanders completed his undergraduate and medical education at McGill University and pediatrics training at the University of Toronto’s Hospital for Sick Children. Dr. Flanders is on staff at the North York General Hospital and is an adjunct lecturer at the University of Toronto’s Department of Pediatrics, Faculty of Medicine.
